With over 20 years of experience as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in the military, Jacob Beaney has developed a deep passion for fitness and outdoor adventure. Over the years, he has been fortunate to gain experience in activities like climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing, and he enjoys sharing these skills with others who are eager to challenge themselves and explore new possibilities.


As a certified Level 6 Personal Trainer and Level 2 CrossFit Coach, Jacob strives to provide supportive and effective training, whether through group sessions, remedial instruction, or specialised kettlebell training. Having participated in events like ironman triathlons, ultramarathons, and CrossFit competitions, he draws on his experiences to help others pursue their fitness goals and discover their potential.


Jacob also places a strong emphasis on building mental resilience, helping clients develop mindset needed to face challenges both in fitness and everyday life.

Ironman Triathlete: Joe has completed 5 Ironman triathlons, demonstrating his exceptional endurance and mental toughness.

Ultra-Endurance Runner: With countless distance runs under his belt, including multiple ultramarathons, Joe excels in pushing the boundaries of human performance.

CrossFit Competitor: A seasoned participant in various CrossFit competitions, Joe has competed in the Interservice Games, showcasing his strength and versatility.

HYROX Competitor: Joe has taken part in multiple HYROX events, competing in the Elite Men's division, where he combines endurance and power to excel in this gruelling fitness competition.

Firefighter Challenge: Representing Kent, Joe has proven his physical and mental fortitude in the firefighting challenges, where he stands among the best in his field.

Professional Development - Physical Training Instructor (PTI) and in Kettlebell Courses: Within the fire service, Joe has completed advanced PTI and kettlebell courses, equipping him with specialised knowledge in strength training and functional fitness, Joes experience as a firefighter has instilled in him a profound respect for discipline, teamwork and resilience. Naomi Wylde brings a unique blend of high-performance athletic experience and expert coaching to her role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. With a background as a national and county standard tennis player, Naomi's athletic journey began on the tennis courts, where she honed the discipline, resilience and competitive spirit that now defines her approach to fitness and coaching. After transitioning from tennis, Naomi discovered her passion for CrossFit, where she quickly established herself as a formidable competitor. She has competed in several prestigious events, including the Strength in Depth British Championships, and has consistently performed at an elite level in multiple HYROX events, showcasing her versatility and strength across varied athletic challenges. Naomi holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, a program renowned for its rigorous academic and practical training. This academic foundation combined with her personal athletic experience, has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of biomechanics, nutrition, and performance optimisation.


As a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Naomi is committed to helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels achieve their full potential.
